Headlie Taylor Header Museum

The Headlie Taylor Header and Blacksmith Shop Museum is located in the town of Henty, on Wiradjuri Country, in the Riverina Murray region of New South Wales.

The museum celebrates the work of local farmer-inventor Headlie Taylor, whose innovative mechanical harvester, the Taylor Header Harvester, revolutionised Australian grain production following its introduction in 1915.

On display is Headlie Taylor’s original, though relocated, blacksmith shop, a ‘showroom condition’ Taylor Header Harvester rebuilt from original parts, and an assortment of historic tools and agricultural machinery.
