Milton Ulladulla Historical Society
The Milton Ulladulla Historical Society is located on the state’s south coast, on Yuin Country, in the Illawarra region of New South Wales.
Founded in 1968 to support and promote the preservation of the district’s historic buildings, artefacts and landscapes, the Milton Ulladulla Historical Society manages a rich and extensive collection of documents, photographs, artefacts and maps held in various locations in the Milton-Ulladulla area.
The society’s historical interests include early settler families, notable citizens, local dairy, timber, mining and fishing industries and the district’s cultural life. Members of the society participate in local historical events and festivals, present talks to schools and clubs and undertake the digitisation of records for use in historical research, genealogy, online projects and general interest.
